Mr. Niazi is the recipient of « Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres » from the Government of France, the « Prix de la Francophonie » from the Organisation de la Francophonie and the « Muhammad Hassan Askari Award for Best Translation » from the Pakistan Academy of Letters.
